We met with the Design/Build team to provide the most cost effective design possible for the 5 acre site. The client came to us because he felt his previous MEP firm didn’t provide the most cost effective designs and he needed to stay within a limited budget. When our designs went out to bid, the numbers came in under our cliet budget. The project had a total 54,500 Sq. Ft. leasable space. We laid out all the electrical and plumbing utilities.
